Pricing and Payment

A: We commonly accept 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Terms for larger orders can be negotiated.
2, Q: Does the price include shipping cost?
A: The quotation we provide is usually EXW or FOB Shenzhen. Shipping cost is not included and can be arranged by you or by us separately. We can help you get the best freight rates.
Samples
1, Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, samples are available for quality check. Sample charges and courier cost will be borne by the client. The sample fee can be deducted from your future bulk order.
2, Q: How long does it take to receive the sample?
A: Samples are usually shipped within 3-5 working days after payment is received. Shipping time depends on your location and the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx takes 3-7 days).
Production & Shipping
1, Q: What is your lead time for production?
A: For standard orders, the lead time is approximately 30-45 days after we confirm all details and receive the deposit. Exact time depends on the order quantity and production schedule.
2, Q: How do you ship the goods?
A: We have extensive experience in shipping via air, sea, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, etc.). We will help you choose the most reliable and cost-effective method based on your needs.
3, Q: Can you help with customs clearance?
A: We will provide all necessary shipping documents, such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading, which are essential for your customs clearance. However, the import customs process and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
After-Sales Service

A: We offer a 12 months warranty for our products from the date of delivery. Any quality issues within the warranty period will be replaced or repaired.
